Meetup: Hands-on Agile #9 — Building the Why Agile Works Toolbox
Building the Why Agile Works Toolbox — The Challenge
You have just been hired as a coach by an organization that wants to become agile. The challenge you are facing is that most of the stakeholders are skeptical at best, and several of the engineers outright despise anything of what you hold dear. You need the why agile works toolbox.
What games, exercises, and tools would you use for an introductory 2-hour long workshop to convince the naysayers that ‘agile’ will work?
Building the Why Agile Works Toolbox — The Task
Our task at this ninth Hands-on Agile meetup is to design the Why Agile Works workshop by sharing and playing suitable games, exercising our agile muscles and figuring out a way to mold all of this into a well-designed team exercise. The exercise shall be so compelling that it will turn naysayers into advocates and heretics into evangelists.
Which means that everyone attending shall bring something that will contribute to the creation!
